Medpoint har ansvar for prøvetaking, analysering av lokal hurtigtest, lokal antistofftest og levering av PCR analyse til ansvarlig laboratorium samt utdeling av attester/sertifikater (dersom vedkommende har bestilt dette på forhånd). Fürst medisinsk laboratorium står ansvarlig for PCR prøveanalyse og opplastning av prøvesvar på denne.
Medpoint kan aldri garantere at en pasient/klient får sitt prøvesvar til PCR innen et visst tidsrom, ettersom det er laboratoriummet som har ansvar for prøveanalyse og opplastning av prøvesvar. Medpoint kan garantere for svartid på hurtigtest og antistofftest.
Medpoint står ikke ansvarlig for kostnader for forhold du blir utsatt for knyttet opp til manglende prøvesvar.
Helse Norge (helsenorge.no) og Furst (furstpasient.no) står selv ansvalig å laste opp prøvesvar på sin hjemmeside, vi tar ikke ansvar for prøvesvar som lastes opp på nettsidene.
Alle klienter har ansvar for å sette opp time selv, evt flytte eller avbestille timen. Refusjon ved avbestilling skjer ikke automatisk med mindre du kontakter oss og gir oss beskjed om det på help@medoint.no
Om vedkommende som har bestilt time skal ut å reise, men prøvesvaret har ikke kommet i tide på grunn av forsinkelser ved ulike laboratorium, er ikke Medpoint ansvarlig for refundering av penger knyttet til reisen.
Vi benytter 3 parts leverandørene Woocommerce, Pasientsky, Furst, Vipps og Klarna betalingsløsning.

Medpoint samler inn ikke inn data på nettsiden i forbindelse med booking av time da dette foregår direkte i journalsystemet med mindre man velger å sende epost med booking/timebestilling. Data overføres da inn i journalsystemet og slettes fra epost. Vi lagrer data i forbindelse med bestilling av hurtigtester for å gjennomføre betaling og oversendelse av varen. Disse opplysningene er ikke definert som sensitive opplysninger. Vi vil kun bruke navnet ditt og andre personopplysninger i overensstemmelse med personopplysningsloven. Vi innhenter slik informasjon kun i de tilfeller det er relevant for oss og for din befatning med Medpoint. Behandling av personopplysningene skjer i henhold til norsk personvernlovgivning.
Kontaktinformasjon som telefonnummer og/eller e-post kan brukes til å ta kontakt med deg som har bestilt legetime hos oss.
Du har rett til å få innsyn i informasjonen som er lagret om deg og du kan be om å få slettet informasjon som er lagret om deg.

Medpoint is responsible for sampling, analysis of local rapid testing, local antibody testing and delivery of PCR analysis to the responsible laboratory as well as distribution of certificates (if the person in question has ordered this in advance). Fürst Medical Laboratory is responsible for PCR sample analysis and uploading test results.
Medpoint can never guarantee that a patient / client will receive their test result for PCR within a certain period of time, as it is the laboratory that is responsible for sample analysis and uploading test results. Medpoint can guarantee response time on rapid test and antibody test.
If the person who has booked an appointment is going to travel, but the test result has not arrived on time due to delays at various laboratories, Medpoint is not responsible for reimbursement of money related to the trip.
Medpoint is not responsible for costs you are exposed to in connection with missing test results. Helse Norge (helsenorge.no) and Furst (furstpasient.no) are responsible for uploading test results to their website, we do not take responsibility for test results that are uploaded on the website.
All clients are responsible for booking, changing a booking or cancelling a booking. Refunds in case of cancellation do not happen automatically unless you contact us and let us know at help@medoint.no

Medpoint does not collect data on the website regarding your booking as it takes place directly in the patient record system unless you choose to send an email with booking / appointment booking. Data is then transferred into the patient record system and deleted from email. We store name and address only when ordering products from our webshop to handle payment and shipment of the item. This information is not defined as sensitive information. We will only use your name and other personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act. We collect such information only in those cases that are relevant to us and to your involvement with Medpoint. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Norwegian privacy legislation.
Contact information such as telephone number and / or e-mail can be used to contact you who have booked a doctor’s appointment with us.
You have the right to access the information stored about you and you can request to have information stored about you deleted.
